Eliminating Single-Use Plastic Bottles
At Dhensa, we’ve taken a simple but meaningful step toward protecting the environment: single‑use plastic water bottles are no longer provided in our guest rooms. Instead, you’ll find sanitized, reusable glass bottles filled with safe, filtered drinking water. This thoughtful change not only ensures your comfort but also helps prevent thousands of plastic bottles from entering the waste stream each year.

Multi-Stage Water Filtration System
At Dhensa, your health and comfort come first — and that begins with the water we serve. Sourced from a natural spring, our drinking water undergoes a thorough, multi‑stage purification process before reaching your glass bottle.

• It is carefully stored in reserve tanks.
• Next, it passes through advanced UV filtration before entering the main storage tanks.
• Prior to distribution across the resort, the water is filtered again to uphold strict quality standards.
• Finally, drinking water receives an additional RO purification before being filled into sanitized glass bottles for guest rooms.

This meticulous process ensures every sip is clean, safe, and refreshing — while also helping us reduce reliance on single‑use plastics.

Linen & Towel Reuse Program
At Dhensa, we invite our guests to join us in protecting one of the planet’s most precious resources — water. By choosing to reuse bed linens and towels rather than having them replaced daily, you help us save significant amounts of water, energy, and detergent, while also reducing laundry‑related carbon emissions.
